Just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for an exciting and educational two mornings.

I think all of us would have enjoyed and benefited from spending more time with you and hopefully we will yet have that opportunity.

As a relative new corner to sales, I continue reading, exploring and educating myself and have found one of the most frustrating things to be the way each professional trainer sends us off in yet another direction. Frankly, most of the techniques I’ve been exposed to encourage the creation of a cookie-cutter, contrived “sales” persona that is not even recognizable as me! Your message is unique in that it is surprisingly logical. It’s full of common sense and frees us to utilize the natural people skills and the desire to provide something of value to people, which brought us to this profession initially.

I’m really looking forward to experimenting with and implementing your ideas and am confident that I (and my customers) will soon be reaping the rewards.
