I want you to know the marked difference your training sessions have made on Pulte Home Corporation Jacksonville’s sales team members. The team members’ efficiencies regarding customer traffic, the discovery process, use of their time at work has improved tremendously.

As you know, our sales team consists of experienced new home site sales and new-to-the-business sales representatives. Beginning the first hour of your first day, you had the intent interest of our entire sales team, to a person. And that very focused interest newer waned. I noticed you could not take a breath during breaks and lunches, as you were inundated with questions and discussions. In addition, your afternoon one-on-one sessions with individual team members were dearly coveted; the representatives asked you very specific questions they might not have voiced in the company of their peers.
