As you know, I have been in the new homes industry for more than twenty years. During this time I have hired and heard most of the sales trainers in the business.

I have had the opportunity to watch you train small groups in your Herring Institute as well as speak to large groups at major conventions. Of all those I have heard, I have never heard anybody stress ethics and the importance of a value system like you do. I find your presentation refreshing and always on point at the deepest level of motivation, far beyond the rah rah that soon fades away.

The way you back up what you teach by being willing to take on the sales responsibility with full accountability for success is a service few offer. And you always make it happen.
