Dear Bill:
Just a note to let you know how much we have come to appreciate your sales training. Pat Sibley went from virtually no sales to a star immediately after his week with you last October. As he says, “I have quit selling homes and have started selling appointments.”

With that new attitude Pat has moved from a non-producer to a major force on our sales team. His peers pay attention at sales meetings because they know he has made it work. Mark, Pat and Dough are now competing with each other every month for sales person of the month, and they thing its great (so do I).

Your one day follow-up in March was well received and I didn’t have to force anyone to attend this session because everyone now knows there is something to be gained when you are in town. Because you stress the need for the team concept between construction and sales, we will probably have the construction superintendents join us on your next visit.

Enclosed you will find your copy of the three tapes made from your all day session. We play them just prior to our Monday sales meetings for warm-up.
