Dear Bill:
I usually didn’t write letters to those who conducted the many seminars and training sessions I have attended over my 23 years in Real Estate, UNTIL NOW!

One thing I can say that will sum up my feelings: Motivation. The few times we have been together from 1 hour to over 3 hours, I observed those in the room with me. They were really attentive and there were no closed eyes or drooped heads. Interesting!

I thought I had heard it all in my 23 years, but you came up with new ideas, together with a refreshing way of presenting the old stand-bys with a little bit of humor.

Whether newly licensed or a veteran, we are fortunate that our corporation saw the potential to have you take such a personal interest in us and our goals. Thank you – It works!
