Dear Bill,

Thanks for coming to Sarasota and being the major speaker for our Certified New Homes Sales Professional Designation Course (CSP). This was the first time the Sarasota County Home Builder's Association and the Sarasota Association of Realtors have worked together to provide this informative program. You furnished valuable information to the attendees and did it in an enjoyable and understandable manner. This was an excellent opportunity for the students to learn more about critical sales skills that will help them become more professional, provide help to buyers and increase their sales.

This was the first opportunity that my members have had to hear you teach. I received many positive comments from the students. It is very important to me that those attending any program here feel that they have had knowledgeable and experienced instructors. I hope we will have an opportunity to work together in the future. You were very easy to work with and that certainly makes my job easier.
