Bill,
I apologize for waiting so long to write and complete this
letter to you, however with the increased sales I have been able
to
obtain through your direction, my time has been limited.
I wanted
to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for all that
you and your sales training has done to improve my sales
skills and abilities. Your cassette tapes "Maverick Selling" have
made an immediate and noticeable difference in my performance
level and the number of sales being closed at my community. As
you know I came from an environment of presentation selling and
I was initially uncomfortable with your approach. However as
I listened to your tapes and practiced your processes, I was
overwhelmed with the positive responses from customers, and of
course, with the continued rise in success that I achieved.
As
I continue to listen to your tapes, and I am on my 3rd go round
with them, I continue to gain confidence and direction in my
goal as a new home sales professional. Your discussions on focus,
discovery, and objectives have helped me narrow in on true buyers
and more importantly, reduce the playing field by eliminating
non-buyers. I can honestly say I am proficient in assisting
a customer in the making "the best decision for them that
they would have never made on their on". I look forward
to your next series of tapes that will discuss closing techniques
and processes.
As always I am anxious to see you again in our
next training session.
