Dear Bill,
This letter is only eight years overdue, so after your visit to Pensacola today, I realized it was time to put in writing what you have done for me and my family.

When you came to visit us the first time I was not yet in sales. 1 worked for Adams Homes and had just recently purchased my home from Adams Homes. It was at that time Wayne insisted I go into sales - but 1 had no clue what that actually meant. It was a lifetime change and you were a huge part of that. I soaked you up like a sponge. Your logic and techniques were so new to me, yet you made perfect sense. You gave me the confidence I needed. Suddenly, my fear of selling was gone. My ability soared after meeting you.

Since we first met, I am so proud to say l have sold several hundreds of our homes. The satisiction of my home buyers keeps me in this business and the money has helped us achieve things we never thought possible ten years ago.

Bill, I just want to say thank you. You have given me all the tools I need to succeed. I will be eternally grateful to you and Adams Homes for helping me accomplish what I never dreamed possible.
