Dear Mr. Herring;
I just wanted to put in to words what your training has done for my family and me. I have been with Adams Homes for 3 years now. I have been in Real Estate for 5 years. When I got my license, I thought I could just go out and make millions. They don't tell you in school how many people get pieces of your pie. I worked very hard for 2 years. 7 days a week and about 10-15 hours a day only to be more and more in the hole at the end of each day. I was paying my broker for the pleasure to work for them on a daily basis. I meet Mary Lou Baker and she introduced me to Adams Homes, who in return introduced me to you. Now to be perfectly honest the very first time I went to your seminar I thought two things. 1. You where absolutely crazy and 2. If that is what I had to do to be successful, I was in big trouble. Then Adams Homes had you back about 6 months later. It all started to click. You keep saying we had to take what you where teaching and customize it to fit our personalities. The light came on I finally got it. For the next 2 years I listened to your tapes and went to every seminar you did and read most of the books, you recommended (I am still trying to get through some of them). I became the human sponge. I am excited to say thanks to My Lord and your Training I have consistently doubled my income every year that I have been with Adams Homes. As I begin my 4th year, I can't wait to see what happens next. I know your travels keep you from your family, so I thought I would say thank you to them to for being supportive of you, so I can have a better life for my family. So thank you to the whole Herring family and may God bless you in a special way.
