I just wanted to thank you for the education that I received during Bill Herring’s MSU Class.  I have been practicing and using his techniques everyday.  His teaching ability is outstanding and I am getting to the real answers I need to hear from the customers.  In turn, I am connecting with the customers better.  By this I am able to capture more customers and find more true homebuyers.  I’m looking forward to more MSU classes in the near future.
