I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I was with Bill Herring.  I must admit, at first I felt like it was going to be a review of material I had learned a few years prior, with Barbara Williams.  A “back to the basics” class.  Was I ever wrong!

Bill’s approach was both innovative and related to my experiences on many levels.  I too, like so many others have had an amazing opportunity.  Consistently selling over ten million a year in this unbelievable market.  However, I feel if I had this knowledge sooner, that number would have been easily doubled.

It has not only taught me valuable up-front probing, but reminded me what this business is all about.  The people.  It was more then memorizing canned responses, it’s a deeper understanding that I believe will naturally come out.

Bill Herring is one of the best speakers I’ve seen.  Thank you for making him a part of this team.  We all need him.
