David O’Kelly

Winning Sales Person of the Year, was a great personal accomplishment for me, and truly a thrilling experience I will treasure for a long time.  I still remember my first kick off four years ago, seeing the winners on stage and thinking to myself, “that is where I want to be”.

From that moment on, I have dreamed of this day, and ultimately achieving personal goals I have set for myself.  There is no greater feeling than being recognized as the best in your field.  To me, winning Sales Person of the Year is like winning a golf tournament - you want to keep winning.

Accomplishing this goal requires focus, dedication, and the willingness to make changes to better my game.  Winning once is not good enough, and to stay on top I must practice, drill and rehearse new techniques to improve my game for the long term.

I really appreciate the company adding the new, MSU program, which will enable all of us to better ourselves, and grow stronger as a team.  I truly believe in Bill Herring’s training technique and realizing that selling is a game, and that there is a process to successful selling.  I look forward to the challenge, and appreciate the company support and efforts along the way.  I look forward to another successful year for myself, and our company.

Respectfully,
David O’Kelly
