As you know, I had the opportunity to attend MSU in July.  I had heard a lot of great things about this 5-day class.  I admit I tend to be a bit of a skeptic and always have the “I’ll be the judge of that” attitude.  I must tell you I was pleasantly surprised at the energy and the positive tone of the class.  There was such excitement generated by Bill Herring, that everyone in the class participated.  He allowed everyone to feel that they could contribute to his class, which lead to a multi-faceted exchange of sales experiences and ideas that he melded wonderfully into his set curriculum.  We also gained a renewed understanding that we need to be prepared for all types of buyers, situations and sales climates.

I want to thank Mercedes for giving me the chance to participate in such an outstanding sales school.
