Hi Mark,

It was a pleasure meeting you during your visit to our MSU class.  I first would like to say how impressed I was at the pro-active approach taken by yourself and Bill in regards to addressing the issues that were mentioned by the sales associates in Florida.  It’s very refreshing to work for a company that respects the thoughts and concerns of their sales team, and to see someone that is in an upper management position take such a concern and bringing it in, making it right.  It just reconfirmed my decision to become a part of the Mercedes Homes sales team.  Thanks you!

I also wanted to share with you how much I enjoyed attending our MSU training session.  I’ve never had such a good time while learning in my life!!  My cheeks were literally sore from laughing all week.  Needless to say, we had quite a few comedians among us.   In addition to having fun, the benefits from what I learned throughout the week have paid off immensely!!  I’m currently in the Teravista community in Texas, and we are involved in our sell-out phase, which has been a real challenge due to competitor pricing, etc.  Once I returned from class and had an opportunity to implement some of the techniques that Bill taught us, I sold six homes in a matter of a week!!  WOO-HOO…One of the focal points of the training that I really enjoyed the most is his emphasis on selling from the heart, and not the head!  As Bill says…”anyone can be a talking head”.  Mercedes is very fortunate to have Bill has an instructor.  He’s a great person and a wonderful teacher…even if he did pick on me the entire time, ha ha!!!

Thank you again.   It was a great experience and I’m looking forward to MSU II.
