I want to thank you for the training session @ MSU 1. I have nearly 30 years of sales & marketing experience and I found your class to be stimulating and a building block upon my present sales experiences – we can always learn. Sales is a continual building experience and many of your techniques build upon that. Your focus on rapport, discovery, negotiating and closing techniques was very strong. Your approach to qualifying each prospect by LISTENING, ASKING qualifying questions, (not telling). Focusing on our prospects and challenging them to make a decision was also impressive.
I really liked the “throw the Monkey back” as a key selling tool and the “WHY?”. (I now keep a stuffed monkey near my desk as a reminder).
Bill, I have been incorporating many of your techniques (some of which I had already used), into my sales presentation. I look forward to polishing these techniques and building a highly successful sales career with Mercedes Homes. I also look forward to attending MSU II in the near future.
