Bill, I cannot thank you enough for the time spent with you last week in Huntsville, and how it impacted my sales agents.  Sue Cromey (British speaking), went out to her subdivision on Sunday to meet some people who did not show up.  Another “chap” as she called him, drove up, and she promptly asked if he was there to buy a home, and he said, “he just might be”.  She asked him if he had been looking, how long, and did he find anything he liked, and why didn’t he buy it?  He replied that he was on his way to sign a contract on one, saw her sign and turned in.  Later another guy drove up, told her he is from Pizza Hut, and wanted to be able to tell his delivery drivers how to reach the subdivision.  She immediately asked if she could put flyers on the pizza boxes.  She was literally on the ceiling when she telephoned me this morning.  Now everyone is pumped because she tried it, AND IT WORKED!
