This email is long overdue, but I needed to take the time to tell you how pleased and excited I am to have Bill Herring as part of our team.  I had the opportunity to go through Bill’s training (twice) with the previous builder that I worked for.  The information that he passes to sales people stays with them forever because of one simple concept, HAVE FUN.

I had my first opportunity to see Bill in action again this August at his first, initial sales training for Mercedes.  I was there for the whole week and had a great time.  As you know, I am Orlando’s newest manager, and spending that time with Bill was great for me.  Getting back to the basics and seeing what the new or old sales people will be going through when they go to his class.  Again, great decision by Mercedes Homes, and we’ll all see the great outcome.
