Management would like to thank everyone who attended our Sales/Builder Team Training meeting yesterday! We hope that you all enjoyed Bill Herring’s unique approach of “engaging the customer” and his “down-to-earth” perspective on this wonderful business of home building! He asked me to express his sincere thanks once again for your time and the positive feedback that he has already received.
As a Division, we look forward to continuing this over-all approach to better customer service on every front: Sales, Construction, Financing, Office Support, Design Center, Warranty, etc. This seminar was just the first in an on-going series designed for Team Building that Bill will continue to reinforce over the coming months. But, as we all know, the everyday focus needed to achieve this ultimate business model can only happen here, on the local level, in the “trenches”, working together in support of all our DFW Mercedes Team Member’s. It will take all of us believing in the same goal of creating a better buying/building EXPERIENCE for our customers than any other builder out there – We’re already on the way and WE CAN DO IT!!!
