A. No! I definitely do not believe it has bottomed out. Based on what is happening in Washington with the constant changes and the takeover of banks, auto companies, insurance companies, and mass expenditures of money that we do not have, I believe it will be a while before it settles down. However, in every adversity, there's opportunity. My suggestion is keep your eye on the opportunities and off the negatives.
